Job description
Developed and executed monthly and quarterly B2C sales plans across Showroom, Online, and KOL/KOC Livestream channels; managed sales targets and profitability for the team.
Led, assigned, trained, and evaluated the performance of showroom sales staff and online sales operations personnel.
Managed e-commerce operations, including product listings, pricing, and promotional campaigns across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, company website, and Facebook platforms; coordinated flash sales, free shipping programs, bundle offers, and online sales campaigns.
Oversaw customer consultation, quotation, sales closing, and in-store product demonstrations to ensure excellent customer experience and compliance with sales procedures.
Coordinated with logistics, installation, warranty, and after-sales service teams; handled customer inquiries and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitored and analyzed sales performance across all channels; prepared reports and recommended pricing, promotional, and product assortment strategies.
Managed promotional budgets and operational expenses for the B2C business unit to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Organized and participated in roadshows, trade fairs, and sales activation events to drive revenue growth.
Developed promotional programs and pricing strategies for KOL/KOC livestream campaigns; collaborated closely with influencer sales teams to maximize sales performance.
Performed additional duties and projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
Male/Female, aged 25–45, with a professional appearance and good health.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
Basic English communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and sales reporting/management tools.
Strong leadership, planning, and sales/KPI management skills.
Ability to use basic design tools such as Canva and Photoshop to create sales and marketing content for online channels.
Good understanding of consumer electronics, home appliances, air-conditioning products, and kitchen equipment.
Strong negotiation, customer consulting, and customer service skills.
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or B2C sales, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in both showroom and online sales channels (e-commerce marketplaces and Facebook), particularly in the consumer electronics and home appliance industry.
Customer-oriented, enthusiastic, friendly, patient, proactive, and highly responsible, with strong leadership and teamwork skills.
Able to work under sales pressure and meet challenging targets.
Willing to work overtime and on weekends during major sales campaigns, promotional events, or special projects.
